You get the first 1st Exclusive Azone doll outside of Japan that’s who.

On April 24, 2017 Azone International officially announced the 1st Exclusive Sahra doll outside of Japan.

She was exclusive to Denise Travers of Denise’s Dolls/Japan Doll Connection.

But unfortunately for many Azone fans, the news came a little too late.

Because orders for the exclusive Sahra doll began on April 17, 2017 on the Japan Doll Connection Facebook page (run by Denise Travers of Denise’s Dolls).

So by the time Azone made the official announcement, the 1st Exclusive to North America Sahra doll had sold out 🙁

About Denise’s Dolls

News about the 1st Exclusive Azone doll outside of Japan is very exciting.

But you may be among the collectors new to Denise’s Dolls/Japan Doll Connection.

Denise has been an official Azone dealer for 10 years.

However, due to personal reasons she had to leave the dolly scene.

But now, she’s back and bringing collectors an assortment of dolly goodness.

A Shared Shopping Experience

We haven’t had the pleasure of ordering from Denise’s Dolls, yet.

So we don’t have any shopping experience to share with you.

We do, however, know a doll collector who not only shopped at Denise’s Dolls but met Denise on April 20, 2017.

Her name is Laura and she was one of the first collectors to own the 1st Sahra doll exclusive to North America.

I took noticed of Denise’s Dolls exclusive Sahra when it was posted to one of the Azone groups on Facebook and was very anxious to pre-order her.

After placing my pre-order down-payment of $40 (via paypal link off of Japan Doll Connection) and contacting Denise’s Dolls through email with my address information, Denise informed me that she was going to be at Grant-A-Wish, a local Barbie Convention, and invited me to pick up my girl early at the event.

I ended up going on Thursday and I spent all evening looking at all her various Azones, Momokos, Misakis, and Rurukos as well as the pile of Azone accessories and clothing she’d brought along.

It was an absolute delight getting to know Denise as she taught me how to properly say Ah-zone, and told me about her 3 year hiatus from Azone selling in the US.

Her exclusive was actually her big bang to get her started again.

Right now all of her sales are through her The Japan Doll Connection Facebook page, but she’s looking to build her business once deciding the right avenues to take.

She’s definitely a seller to keep an eye on, as she teased several exclusives in the coming months!

Although deviating from the click-to-cart style shopping we’ve all grown accustomed to online, just drop her a message on Facebook about any Azone product you might be looking for and she’s happy to help!Laura
