To commemorate their appearance at Spring Doll Show 43, Azone International presented the lovely Lil Fairy Vel Commemorative version doll to their fans. She is an alternate version to Azone’s Lil Fairy Vel doll (2nd series).
One of the obvious differences between the Doll Show Vel Commemorative ver. and the original Vel (2nd series) is the straight shiny blond hair (which I find simply lovely).
It’s truly amazing how a simply change of hair color and/or style can instantly transform a doll.
I wish it was that easy in real life. Yes you can get a new hair cut or change your hair color.
And yes this will change your appearance a bit but if you want to transform yourself into a totally new person then you have to change a whole lot more than your hair color.
That’s probably why shows like What Not to Wear were so popular (it takes more to really make noticeable exterior changes)
But with dolls it’s so much simpler.
If you were unable to attend Doll Show 43 and therefore couldn’t get your hands on the cute Lil’ Fairy Vel then you’re in luck . . . Azone is accepting orders.
This is really great news, especially if you have a friend in Japan who can place an order on your behalf or you can always use a proxy service if you are lacking in the oversea’s friend department.
Lil’ Fairy Vel Commemorative version release date is May 2015.
