Can’t wait to bring her home? This video by Azone International should hold you over until her grand release date arrives! (Vid credit Azone International)
Hi Elizabeth my Nezuko was. The same I found the left side didn’t lay flush with her head too although mine is the original version .
I ended up scraping some of the plastic on the inside rim of the head cap only a little to accommodate the larger eye socket and it fits perfect now but obviously she is a pricey doll to do that to I don’t recommend doing that if you aren’t confident in doing so hopefully you can get a new head or cap for her
Hey Martin,
I appreciate you commenting and offering a suggestion.
I’m glad you were able to find a solution ?
~Kat
Second time commenting because I got my second Nezuko today. This one is the Demon Face one. First the design of the doll is great but the quality control is atrocious. My Nezuko’s head cap will not even rest on her face or stay on. There is a huge defect in the way the face part is molded inside to that it is lopsided and has a huge lump preventing the cap from fitting. This is my second Nezuko with an issue. Hobby Search very generously is replacing the first body, but this is the Japan version demon face- unless Azon supplies a new head there is no fix really. I bought her through White Rabbit on proxy. I wrote to them, I am not optimistic because i don’t see Azone replacing her head. I cannot even contact them via their customer service form. This is making me emotional. I am sad for my little Nezuko. I am feeling like I don’t want to deal with Azone anymore. I have two dolls in order and now I worry they will have issues too.
Oh no, I’m so sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with your 2nd Nezuko ?
But I’m glad to hear that Hobby Search took care of your 1st girl.
I can’t believe the other version has issues too??!
The amount of problems with this release is unbelievable and it’s sad to hear your story and other collectors who have also experienced issues with this release.
Especially when there was so much excitement in the air when Azone announce her and now there is disappointment.
I understand your frustration and hesitation about adding more Azone’s to your family.
It seem like this release was rushed and had poor quality control like you said.
I hope you don’t have any more issues with your dolls, please feel free to let us know how they are when they arrive?
Btw, which dolls did you pre-order?
Thanks for being honest and sharing your experience about Nezuko with us.
~Kat
Just got her today she’s gorgeous but people she is a nightmare to dress to me lol I managed but she took some work ? I ended up leaving her withought the bamboo piece just now as it will not stay on for me
Yay that’s awesome to hear that she made it safely to you. 🙂
Wow, thanks for sharing your experience about dressing her.
And great point about the mouth piece . . . I wonder how Azone kept it in place???
Thanks for taking the time to come back and let us know about your demon slayer.

Can anyone help me? I received my Nezuko. She’s AMAZING. But she has a defective foot and Hobby Search has not responded to me. I would like to write to Azone but I can only write in English so when I fill out their form on the Japanese site it will not accept what I write. I cannot get in touch. All I need is the small connector ankle piece between leg and foot. The one I have will not stay together. She came with foot broken completely off. My only solutions thus far are to replace the body or someone has offered to ship me a piece which are both at my expense. She is a brand new doll. How can we get in touch with Azone if we only write English? Is there a way? Or am I out of luck? I have other Azones on preorder and at home. So kind of upset.
Hi Elizabeth Salerno,
Oh no, I’m so sorry to hear that your girl arrived with a defective foot.
How many days has it been since you contacted Hobby Search?
They usually have good customer service, so I hope they will response back to you.
Unfortunately Azone doesn’t provide service for those living outside of Japan.
I’m sending good vibes your way that this issue will be resolved with Nezuko getting her foot fixed.
~Kat

Yay, I’m so exciting to hear that you added her to your family Martin Bell. (A celebration dance is happening now) 🙂
Ah, you just gave me another reason why I need to get an insta account . . . to stare at dollies.
Which doll collectors do you recommend to follow?
It sounds like Nezuko Kamado will keep you busy creatively, which is awesome!
Good luck on your projects and please keep us updated on your journey, ombre hair sounds dreamy.
Oh and feel free to share a photo of your girl, we would love to say hi to her.
Thanks for allowing me to celebrate in your happiness!
p.s. You’re so right . . . “They do know how to get you spending money”
~Kat
I’m so happy they took the bamboo out of her mouth at the end. I know it’s a huge part of her character, but I *had* to know if she was smiling, neutral, etc. They did a really good job recreating the character.
Hey Kristen,
The ending was a nice surprise 🙂
Azone knows how to keep their fans on their toes.
Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts about Azone’s newest release!
~Kat
Takes a DEEP breath! Haha I will just order the regular girl from fabric friends dolls and buy demon eyes ?? I don’t know how often things sell out from Bandai Japan but I have a feeling their server might be overloaded with people and proxy’s for this girl…. not worth the stress ?.
Has Azone ever done something like this before? Feels so limiting.
Yes, it’s not the first time Bandai proposes Limited Edition of PureNeem 🙂 Look here: http://search.p-bandai.jp/?lang=ja&page=1&q=%E3%83%94%E3%83%A5%E3%82%A2%E3%83%8B%E3%83%BC%E3%83%A2
Hi Bun,
Thanks so much for providing a link! 🙂
~Kat
Is there any way to order her from the site in English? Unfortunately I do not read Japanese and I can’t navigate the site to find out if there is a way to do switch to English on her Listing. When I search the English page I cannot find her listing at all. What can I do?
Hi Elizabeth,
Unfortunately, no you can’t order her from Premium Bandai’s Global English site.
They usual only sell apparel and little accessories there.
Sadly, they don’t have the option to switch to English on Premium Bandai’s Japanese site.
Here are the best options to bring home this girl:
White Rabbit – Super easy to use
From Japan – Not as easy to use as White Rabbit but they offer points that you can apply to future orders
Japan Doll Direct – They are an independent proxy service on Facebook located in Japan. I haven’t used their service but they have reviews that you can check out.
I’m sending positive dolly vibes your way in hopes that you’re able to bring home this popular girl. 🙂
~Kat
On OKini Land it seems to be $217 instead of $242 with White rabbit. https://okini.land/en/22089-pureneemo-nezuko-kamado-demon-face-ver-azone-international.html?SubmitCurrency=1&id_currency=3
Can be a good alternative too.
Your help is much appreciated Bun! ?
Thanks for sharing a site where fans outside Japan can order the demon face version.
~Kat
Hey Mariana!
Your excitement has gotten me excited!!! ?
I don’t know anything about this series but now it’s ranked #1 on my ever growing anime watch list and I feel the temptation to purchase Nezuko.
I blame it on FOMO ?
It’s been awhile since Azone announced an anime doll that has caused so much frenzy for collectors.
I love the energy, it’s such a great time to be a doll collector.
Like Bun said, this is not the 1st time Azone offered a Premium Bandai version.
Here are few releases:
All the Love Live! Sunshine!! Girls (They came with their school uniform)
Neko-Musume (She came with a pink cell phone)
You can also breath another sigh of relief.
You won’t have to stress about the demon version being a total sale out on Premium Bandai’s site.
She’s made to order so if you place your order within the time frame, she can be yours ?
Hopefully this news will alleviate some of your stress regarding this devilishly popular demon.
Thanks for sharing your excitement with us!
~Kat
