What happens when you buy a Cricut Maker but you’re too intimidated to use it?
Your doll takes the lead and surprises you with a doll inspired home decor.
All silliness aside I recently purchased a Cricut machine and I’ve been enjoying the process of making fun projects.

After watching countless YouTube videos about the Cricut, I fell in love with the reverse canvas technique and my dolly obsessed brain started thinking about all the dolly inspired goodies, I could make.
Here is the 1st dolly design made with the Cricut Maker.

Do you own a Cricut maker, if so, what projects have you made?

I have a silhouette machine, but have been tempted to invest in a Cricut maker because it can cut through thicker material (heard it could cut through basswood and balsa wood) which would be great because then I could make some fun furniture styles for my dolls.
Hi Mariana,
Cool, what kind of project have you made?
That would be so awesome to create dolly furniture from a cutting machine!
I wish there were more doll inspired projects on the market using these machines. 🙁
Thanks for chatting with us about crafts! 🙂

I’ve never heard of this before. What does it do exactly? It’s most likely not available where I am in regional Australia.
Hi Alasse Carnesir,
The Cricut is a cutting machine that can cut through a variety of materials like paper, wood and leather.
You can make a lot crafts and home decor items.
Here is one site that has many projects that uses the Cricut.
The Cricut is similar to Silhouette machine.
