Late fall of 2013 Azone announced a 1/3 scale version of the heroine Utena from the classic anime series Revolutionary Girl Utena.
Azone International’s vision of Utena, doesn’t disappoint.

The minor details on Utena’s uniform are flawlessly replicated and you can immediately feel the spirit of Utena illuminate off of this doll.

Utena comes with an assortment of accessories:
- Uniform
- Red shorts
- Pair of red socks
- Pair of shoes
- Pink silky wig
- Alternative hands
- Sword of Dios
- Flower Crest
- Mark of the Rose
Utena’s body is fitted with an 50cm obitsu, bust M body making her approximately 19 inches tall!

When assembling this doll, I had a couple of hiccups
- Detaching and reteaching Utena’s left hand was extremely difficult. It took about 15 minutes to take off her hand!!! The plastic wasn’t budging. Have patience and be gentle when changing out her hands :))
- Attaching the emerald green gem to her coat was another challenge. There was no way to attach it to the jacket so I used poster putty to keep it in place and it did the job well. I wish Azone made the jacket have some sort of magnetic feature to easily secure the gem.

Utena is photogenic, you could spend countless hours photographing and posing her.

Hey Alex,
I’m sorry to hear that you’re unable to find her.
You also could try searching for her on facebook groups like EX Cute, Pure Neemo, picco Neemo, Hybrid 50cm, Azone dolls~
I was able to find a second hand one for sale at the Japanese Online shop named Jungle.
I personally haven’t shopped here.
We are sending positive vibes your way in hopes that Utena will join your collection.
