For at least two week it’s been non-stop Thanksgiving Day ads in my news feed & inbox.
Ads to buy turkey, holiday boxes, side dishes and desserts.
Since someone else was handling the dinner preparations this year, I either scrolled pass the ads or deleted them from my inbox. (no need to tempt myself with the yummy food options)
Little did I know, that those messages were making an impression on Harmia.
As you may know, Harmia has developed a sweet tooth.
This month she’s already tried macarons.
So, I thought her sweet tooth wouldn’t strike again until December.
Boy, was I wrong.
Thanks to those Thanksgiving Day ads, her sweet tooth reared it’s little head again.
But here’s the thing, Harmia is a smart Lil’ Fairy, maybe too smart for her own good.
She knew I wouldn’t get her another sweet until December but she had to satisfy her craving.
So what does she do . . .?
Well, instead of asking me to buy her a holiday dessert she goes to Wakaba.
Harmia knew Wakaba is one the most trusted member of my dolly family.
And that I wouldn’t question her use of my credit card.
Somehow Harmia, convinced Wakaba to buy an apple pie from Sugar Bee Sweets Bakery. (they were on Food Network’s: Dallas Cakes)
And within a few days, Harmia & Wakaba’s received their pie.
I gave Harmia & Wakaba one piece to share among themselves.
And I gave the rest of the pie to my family (there was no way I was going to let the girls eat the entire pie by themselves).
I chalked this pie incident as a learning experience.
And I’m starting to realize how crafty my little Harmia really is.
Over to You
What’s the darndest thing your dolls have gotten into?
I’d enjoy hearing about their adventures.
