
On April 30, 2014 the 1st volume of Dolly Japan was published by Hobby Japan, the same hobby company who publish, Dollybird.
This new magazine would be publish 3 times a year in: April, August, and December.
It would feature new dolls, in depth doll event reports, special features and more.
Unfortunately, Hobby Japan only produced 4 volumes of Dolly Japan.
The last issue was volume 4 in April 2015.
Volume 1 of Dolly Japan highlighted 3 features:
- 20 Page Middie Blythe Special
- Licca-chan – who continues to be loved
- Mitsubachi @BabyBee talk at Pullip’s 10th Anniversary Event Doll Carnival
There’s also a paper doll, big poster dress illustration by Akemi Matsunae.
