Volume 1 The First Issue of Dollybird

WORK IN PROGRESS: In the first issue, published in 2003, you’ll explore the beginnings of Neo Blythe.
The issue also discusses the charity models unveiled at Blythe’s 1st-anniversary event and follows the progression up to the 2nd model, Nike Blythe.
There’s also a joint photoshoot showcasing Petworks’ Momoko doll and Vitra’s 1/6 chair collection.

Volume 2: Shōjo Manga

Published in 2003, the second issue revolves around Shōjo manga, which caters to young women and girls.
Blythe transforms into the heroine of her dreams during a photoshoot, interviews with a model and manga artist, and a spotlight on upcoming dolls that aim to be the next big thing after Blythe.
And you’ll get tips on photographing Blythe dolls and creating outfits.
