I can’t help but think if Chiika’s color theme was altered or if there was another color to balance things out, the whole outfit would have been more successful. It’s just overwhelmingly yellow (which is an anxious color) and might have even improved if they reversed the yellow and the orange.
It’s obviously all subjective, I’m sure there are people out there who love the outfit. I think she’ll do okay regardless, I bet people will buy her even if it’s only for the doll itself and her long, adorable ponytails.
Hi Robyn,
I agree.
Chiika’s outfit does worry me though.
But I’m sure she’ll do well in August. It’s Chiika afterall 😉
I feel that all the magical girls’ outfits have colors that compete with one another.
They’re cute but something is off. Luckily, they’re cuteness wins in most cases but I do wonder how successful this series would have been if the material and color choices were different.
I’m looking forward to seeing how the other girls outfits will look.
Thank you for taking the time to chat about Pure Heart Chiika.
