Flying Witch is about a girl named Makoto who begins living with her relatives in a new town.
It captures her daily life as she becomes acclimated to her new surroundings and as the manga title depicts it’s about Makoto navigating the strange world of Witchcraft.
Even if you’re not familiar with this series you can’t help but notice Makoto Kowata’s cute expression.
Dressed in her standard uniform with a broom in hand Makoto hopes she’ll cast a spell on you . . . a good spell of course. 🙂

I have her on pre-order too via HLJ (originally had her with Hobby Search but decided to cancel and go with HLJ so I can use their 60 day private warehouse option). Also kind of wish she had a little Chito-san to go with her. There are some cute black cats in the Epoch Ohirune Nyanko Darake set that would be about the right size / scale to suit, though =^-^=

It is cute. It’s a slice of life anime – very gentle, no conflict, not much magic really. Very soothing and calming to watch, with quite a lot of gentle humour. I loved it and am sad it’s ended (hoping for a second season)
