Why did they even think them up? I don’t understand what look those eyes are supposed to represent, are they supposed to be blind? Have cataracts? It makes no sense.

I’m curious to know if collectors in Japan are receptive of the cloudy eyes.
If we see this look again, I guess it’s official, fans are gaga over the cloudy look.

I really like the vibe she’s giving off and I adore her outfit. I like her mostly but like others have said, she does look like she has foggy eyes. I’m not a huge fan of that style of eyes but I like everything else about her. Honestly I wish they sold that outfit separately. It’d be perfect for my Plaid Momoko who is my rock star girl.
Although looking at those promo photos, the one where she is sitting and leaning back on the chair, her eyes look a lot clearer than the close up of her eyes which makes her eyes look that washed out colour. I guess I could always repaint them myself if it bugged me too much. Hmmm, I have to think about it. I like my magic number of 7 Momoko dolls. Do I want to mess that up and make it an even number …

7 is a good lucky number but if Sekiguchi continues to make dolls like this, you may have to find a new magic number of Momoko dolls like 9, 11, 15. 🙂

I’m going to wait for real photos of this girl before I decide whether or not to buy her. Maybe she’ll be at Dollshow 56. I like everything about her, except for possibly her eyes. In the closeup of her face it looks like she has those “foggy” eyes, but in other photos she looks like she has normal eyes. I’m going to pass if she has the “foggy” eyes because I don’t like them at all.
I don’t like those foggy eyes either but I love her outfit!
Ugh I know, I love everything about her but those eyes, which is a shame because she would’ve been THE total package.

I’m not a fan of the foggy eyes either.
I’m holding out hope that that the lighting in the photos is creating the effect, but I know that’s just wishful thinking.
This doll is so amazing though, I love her whole attitude.
