We had lots of fun making a rectangle skirt for Raven that we wanted to continue experimenting with the shape.
So we made another skirt that was more form-fitting, compared to the 1st skirt, which had a bit of flair to it.
It’s cool to see how the width of fabric affects the shape of the skirt!
Raven’s lovin the fitted style.

We’re looking forward to seeing what other designs this book will unlock for us! 😀
To complement Raven’s sophisticated look, we made her some cute scrunchies so she can pull back her hair or wear it around her wrist.

Raven is so lucky to have a wonderful new outfit with two skirt options! Both versions coordinate well with the shirt. With the A-line skirt, her top looks cute and flirty like she’s ready for a date. With this rectangle skirt, it takes on a sleek look like she’s ready for business.
And the scrunchie is the perfect finishing touch too! Thank you for offering the pattern for free this week so we can make some for our girls too. Your generosity is appreciated. 💖
Hey River, It’s nice hearing from you! 😃
It’s fun to see how swaping out a skirt can change the look of an outfit
You’re very welcome, we enjoy spreading the love of dolly sewing! 💖
