Ribbon & Tyrol return!
On April 18, 2022, Hobby Japan opened orders for the Costume Style Ribbon & Tyrol dolls.
They’re original dolls designed by Out of Base (DONO-RE!). The same designer behind the adorable Sugar Cups series.
Ribbon & Tyrol were born as models for the Obitsu 11 Pattern Paper Textbook- 11cm Size Girl Clothes.
This latest version of Ribbon & Tyrol features them in animal costumes made from patterns from the book they model in.
Ribbon is wearing the rabbit costume & Tyrol is wearing the bear cub costume.
Cute!
The wig is an adorable bob with a braid and was designed by Calico Wig.

Omigoooosh! They’re so unbearably adorable!!! I love them both to bits! They’re too small for me, so my wallet is safe, but if they were Lil’ Fairy sized, I’d need them both! Soooo Cuuute!
I love how they combined their kigurumis with boots instead of the usual fluffy slippers, I love fluffy slippers but this is such a fun little touch, and their eyes are so radiant! These are really great dolls.
Hi Neon,
They really amped up the cuteness on this release of Ribbon & Tyrol.
I want to make their costumes sometime for my girls.
They look so cozy and cute.
Hopefully we’ll be able to give the pattern a try later this year.
