You can usually order Eight & Nine at the following shops below. There’s no official date for when their orders will begin, so you’ll have to keep checking your favorite hobby shop if you want to bring them home.
Please note: PetWORKs global shop is closed due to COVID-19. When they reopen they’ll offer the boys for sale.

But even then, there could be a delay because of the backup of mail.

I certainly hope these boys will not go on sale until the post office in Japan has cleared its stacked up packages. I’ve had a package with the previous Petworks boys stuck in Tokyo since April 3rd to be shipped by EMS.

Oh, I’m sorry to hear your boys haven’t arrived home yet.
It doesn’t look like PetWORKs will offer these new boys for sale for international fans until their global shop reopens which may be for some time.

I have such a soft spot for the PetWorks boys, but I don’t think I’ll be getting this pair. They’re very cute though, and I love Eight’s eyes (they’re so light they kinda look like they’re lilac-colored to me)! It’s just not enough of a difference from my other ones to get these.
I was, however, able to bring home Gilet Style Eight and Nine before PetWorks closed! They’re wonderful and I adore them and they fit right in with my growing PetWorks doll collection!
Wonder when they’re going to release the Sailor Style boys if they’re already announcing their next pair? Maybe they’re going to reopen sooner rather than later? I hope so!

Great to hear Gilet Style Eight and Nine made it home safely.
I bet they’re so stunning in person.
PetWORKs Japanese site was active (though limited) before Golden Week started, so far it looks like the boys release is still on schedule but will probably only be offered on PetWORKs Japanese site.
The PetWORKs global shop remains closed with no new updates. So customers will have to continue to wait until the site reopens. Unfortunately, no reopen date has been announced.
