The 1st Rem PureNeemo sweetheart came out in February 2019, before the smaller version, there was a 1/3 Hybrid Active who came out in July 2017.
This latest Rem has inset eyes and also fans have 2 versions to choose from.
A standard version and a Hobby Japan version which features a different facial expression.
Both versions have inset eyes.
You can welcome home Rem in March 2021.

For some odd reason it seems like the dolls that had collaboration are the ones having the most issues.
I hope Hobby Search will be understanding and replace your item.
Someone maybe selling her clothes separately, you may have to frequently keep an eye out.

Hi. Today my adorable Rem came, but they left part of her costume out of the package. At first I didn’t notice, until I went to go put her accessories on for a photo. The collar is missing from her, and I wrote to Hobby Search but I am doubtful they will help me as they replaced an entire body for me already with Nezuko. This is my third Azone doll with an issue in a row. It makes me sad. She was a preorder, or to be honest after what happened with the other two I would not have purchased. Though she is adorable, I did fear there might be an issue. I can’t get in touch with Azone via their customer service because even with translator, it won’t accept what I type. Partially because they do not ship direct to my country. I am really kind of bummed out by this. She came in time for my birthday but it just upset me because I can’t replace this small accessory .. Does anyone have any solutions? No, I do not know how to sew sadly.
I have difficulty to choose which one. ToT Help me.
