From the neck down Ruruko boy is giving off that vampire vibe (ohh!).
I like what PetWORKs did with girl Ruruko’s hair.
But, I would much prefer to see this technique with bright, fun colors.

I couldn’t add this to my previous comment, so I’ll just do another one. I find it interesting that just when Petworks announces 2 “vampire” Rurukos, Azone announces some clothes that look like vampire clothes.

I guess they’re working together to come up with outfits? I don’t understand it, & I wonder if other Ruruko releases happened at the same time Azone released clothing similar to what the doll was earing.

You made some excellent points.
I actually had to do 2 double takes while writing the Ruruko Girl Vampire & Ruruko Boy Vampire news.
And it was in part to the exact same issues you pointed out
1st the price:
When I saw the price tag, I thought the dolls were a collaboration or something.
We don’t know the cost that goes into making these dolls but the price tag is climbing into the scary territory.
2nd Ruruko Boy’s outfit:
I too saw Azone’s upcoming outfits annoucments. I kept flipping back and forth between Azone’s flyer and PetWORKs image of boy Ruruko.
The outfits look so similar but are different, slightly.
Maybe as you said they were “working together to come up with outfits”
My mind is now on alert to see if future PetWORKs & Azone releases will have similar occurances too.

It’s nice to see a new Ruruko, but they’ve gotten so expensive! I haven’t bought one in a long time just because of the price. I don’t want to pay over $200.00 for a doll on an Azone XS body, & the outfits aren’t that great or reusable.
