The 16th scout in the Groove Inc Sailor Moon Series and the 1st Groove Inc doll announcement for 2016 is Dal Princess Small Lady!
Scheduled release date is January 2016.
Surprisingly Princess Small Lady wasn’t on the poll that Groove Inc asked their fans vote for, so I’m curious to learn if we may see additional characters arise in the Sailor Moon X Groove Inc Collaboration.
No info on what the Premium Bandai shop exclusive will be. Will update post when available.
Premium Bandai shop exclusive is a silver crystal necklace. The same necklace that was given with the Premium Bandai Pullip Princess Serenity.

I would like to see Helios doll for her.. I am not sure if I prefer him as a taeyang or an Isul? maybe taeyang would look mature but an isul would look childish? I dunno.. but this character design is so cute

I’m not familiar with the Sailor Moon series but I did a Google search for Helios and wow he is one handsome boy.
I think Isul would make a cute Helios however if Helios is portrayed as mature I think Taeyang would be a better fit like you stated.
I wonder if Groove is still continuing with Sailor Moon series of dolls or if Dal Princess Small Lady marks the last doll to be released as part of the series.As I’m replying back to you Groove just posted images of 3 new dolls, so who knows . . . what Sailor Moon character will be next, maybe Helios 🙂
I’m excited with this release, just as I was with the previous 15 Sailor Moon dolls. It was a surprise to see a character that wasn’t on the list. Another possibility for this is that Princess Small Lady is the “other” or “unknown” doll from the list. Which would make sense, but also has me thinking if Groove has got something under its sleeve. My guess for the Premium Bandai edition would be a Diana cat mini plush.
Yeah, I too was surprised to see Dal Princess Small Lady be announced especially since she wasn’t on the poll list.
Makes me wonder if they’ll end up making all the Sailor Moon characters ^_^
Speaking of which, about how many characters do you think there are in the Sailor Moon series?
If Groove were to release all the Sailor Moon characters, I think it’d be the year 2020 and they’d still be releasing a new doll every month. The Sailor Moon series has a lot of characters and there are variations within those same characters.
For example, Black Lady is the evil version of Sailor ChibiMoon. Well, Sailor Saturn has her evil version too and she’s called Mistress 9. Then, on the poll list you can see Super Sailor Moon and Eternal Sailor Moon, both are the same character but with different outfits. Turns out that the rest of the Sailor Scouts also have their Super versions and in the manga, they have Eternal and Princess versions too.
According to the poll list, there will be a Prince Endymion. He and Princess Serenity are a couple. Then you see Neo Queen Serenity, but she’s missing her King Endymion.
The crazy fan/collector side of me wishes for more dolls than the 20 mentioned on the list. The responsible side and my bank account desperately hope Groove doesn’t release more than 20. Guess we’ll just have to wait and see what happens 🙂

It would be nice if Groove Inc gave fans some idea how many character they plan to release from the series.
This would give collectors and their wallets a general idea of what to expect.
