So far my pre order on Taobao seems to be going OK, I only paid a deposit for the dolls, so hopefully when it’s time to pay the rest, that will go smoothly, & when I finally get the dolls, there isn’t any kind of problem with them. 🤞
We’re keeping our dolly fingers crossed that your order goes smoothly 🙂
PSA: Azone is NOT handling the sale of these dolls well, if at all. They went on sale in Azone stores & Azonet on 8/5, & apparently sold out. In the meantime, DollDollHouse (where I purchased mine) also put them up for sale. They have not received any dolls yet, they have no idea when/if they will, Sekiguchi says Azone is in charge of everything, & that there’s no way for customers outside of Japan to contact Azone.
I purchased the dolls with a deposit, I have no idea if I’ll ever get them or my deeposit back, or even how to cancel my order. I’m afraid that if I jut buy them somewhere else (if I can find them somewhere else now), I’ll get stuck paying for 4 dolls. I am really mad because a place I know had the dolls for sale, & I could have gotten them without having to pay any deputy services fees, but I didn’t because of my previous order.
There is no way I’ll be able to trust anymore Unoa orders, Azone is just a rip off.
So sorry to hear your having issues with getting the U-noa Quluts Light dolls
It sounds like there is a failure in communication.
And no one wants to take responsibility for what’s happening.
I’m wondering if:
Azone is the sole seller of U-noa Quluts Doll and the dolls will no longer be distributed to other dealers
Who is the rep DollDollHouse is talking with: Azone or Sekiguchi? Because it’s strange that if DollDollHouse submitted an order to their rep why hasn’t it been filled yet? And if it wasn’t going to be filled why wasn’t DollDollHouse notified earlier
I want to believe no one set out to rip off customers.
It’s very hard to determine who’s in charge and the lack of clarity seems to be making the whole process unnecessarily difficult.
Also things seem to be a bit off with Sekiguchi lately.
Not sure if it COVID related or due to the Momoko event.
They just announced the order date for a doll they had revealed months ago.
And one Sekiguchi dealer recently posted that Sekiguchi informed her that the Wake-UP momoko DOLL WUDsp White & Black she had for preorder may or may not be filled. She won’t know until November after the Momoko event.
I hope everything works out for you in the end.
At the very least you get your deposit back.
Superbuy was thankfully able to get my orders cancelled & a refund processed, so I’m good on the original order. I was also able to find the dolls on YJA, so I grabbed them both (one has even arrived at the warehouse already!), but of course, I’ll be paying deputy service fees. Now I just have to hope they arrive in good shape when I get them.
I don’t know what I’m going to do for the next ones I want, you would think a company like Azone, who sells a ton of dolls internationally, would have some clue how to manage a doll sale.
Oh, that’s great news, Marna. You were able to get your money back & grab the dolls from Yahoo Japan.
Surprisingly despite having International in their name, Azone does not ship to customers outside of Japan.
They do ship internationally to their authorized dealers.
Communication is certainly something Sekiguchi & Azone need to work out for the next release.
We’re sending dolly vibes that your dolls arrive in great condition.
This is so exciting! I recently fell in love with Fluorite’s sculpt and have been anticipating a new release. I want the bob version so badly, I hope I can get her!
We’re sending out dolly wishes that you’re able to get your Fluorite
