After her father’s job brought the family to Tokyo, Mariko spent her first summer vacation in the city with her new friend Ruri.
The two attended a summer festival together.
Mariko found her unfamiliar yukata a little difficult to walk in, but she remembers being excited by the bright and lively Tokyo celebration.
Her outfit includes a floral yukata, obi, hair ornament, drawstring purse, and traditional zori sandals. She also comes with a small plush toy.
You can meet Mariko shortly after her move to Tokyo in her transfer-student release. Her story continues years later with Mariko Sensei.
